Photography
As for the art of Photography, I look upon it as the premier art form.
Photography is real life captured and bound forever in the frame. Its status as the premier art form is cemented simply by the fact that every person in the world (relatively speaking) owns some form of camera and takes pictures. Even the advent of cheap video cameras cannot take away the beauty of a photograph — it is simply ingrained in all of us to capture that one fleeting moment and then enjoy it forever. Nothing else does that.
